Ferag expands into Latin America

Strong focus on customer needs and customer service

Ferag, general contractor and solution design specialist in intralogistics, continues to expand and is also looking to grow in the Latin American market. To this end, the company, headquartered in Hinwill, Switzerland (near Zurich), has decided to enter into a partnership with KraftOne Group. The company is based in Vila Leopoldina in São Paulo (Brazil) and offers integrated logistics solutions for the entire supply chain in the market.
"Ferag is a rapidly expanding company and would like to grow on the Latin American continent and increasingly offer its intralogistics competencies to customers there as well," says José María Díaz Ruiz, Managing Director Ferag Spain. "In KraftOne Group, we have not only found a reliable partner, but also a company that, like Ferag, has a strong focus on customer needs and customer service in this region." After several meetings and a visit to Ferag headquarters in Switzerland, a cooperation agreement to develop the Latin American market was signed on January 13th, 2023.
According to Ferag's Spanish Managing Director, the aim of this cooperation is to become a major player in the Latin American market and to expand its business and presence in this market. In addition, there will be even better visibility in this market and recognition as a strong reference in Ferag's business segments in Latin America.
