Epson Announces Changes of Representative Director and Executive Personnel

Seiko Epson Corporation (TSE: 6724, "Epson") today announced that a meeting of its board of directors had approved executive officer changes effective April 1, 2023, and provisionally approved changes to its board of directors that are subject to final approval at the company's annual general meeting scheduled to be held on June 27, 2023.

As we seek to achieve our Epson 25 Renewed Corporate Vision, we have implemented these changes with the aims of further strengthening our corporate governance, and of accelerating our efforts to create a strong organization capable of generating ongoing improvements in corporate value and growth.
