Middle East-based social media agency and consultancy social4ce announced today the launch of its operations in Dubai in partnership with advertising agency Talents Flow. This expansion aims at providing clients with a comprehensive strategy that will help them bridge the gap between online and offline marketing.
The two companies have joined forces to help brands across the Middle East take advantage of the benefits of both online and offline communication channels and to communicate with their customers in a variety of ways to achieve the best engagement with them.
"When it comes to connecting online and offline marketing programs, relevance is the most valuable element to build brand awareness and convey a single brand message. An online marketing strategy can only be effective if it's complemented by offline tactics such as events, flyers, print advertisements and vice versa," says Firas Soweid, Managing Director of Talents Flow.
However, connecting offline and online marketing activities is not only about strengthening brand presence; it's about leveraging existing brand capital to create a powerful brand experience between print, social, mobile and web campaigns. On this matter, Patrick Attallah, Founder & CEO of social4ce, explains: "We're not looking to reinvent a whole new system, but rather connecting existing initiatives to amplify reach and conversion because silos between online and offline don't exist in the mind of the customers. Brand managers shouldn't loose sight of how their offline tactics affect online conversations."
social4ce and Talents Flow will be at the Digital Showcase at Arabnet Digital Summit Dubai from June 3rd to June 5th where they will present the different services they deliver, from Integrated Communication Strategy, Branding and Content Design, Web/Mobile Strategy and Development, Social Data Research and Brand Monitoring, Social Media Management and Activations, Media Planning and Buying, Digital Transformation Consultancy, Printing and Publishing.
